ArtsConnection Volunteer Opportunities provide corporate employees with the chance to activate their professional skills in support of student learning and our NYC public schools:

• Advancing students’ cognitive skills through critical conversations about their art-making process;

• Supporting language development and literacy in middle school English learners by reviewing and providing feedback on digital portfolios of their works;

• Helping to build self-confidence in primary school students as they create puppets and rehearse their performances of a folktale.

Corporate Volunteers work in partnership with ArtsConnection teaching artists and school teachers to create authentic learning experiences that engage students through art, ignite their imaginations and result in memorable moments of achievement.

Participate in short or long term projects with our organization or create a company-wide event.
