Co-founder, Executive Director Mexico Beyond Mariachi; Flamenco, Latin percussion

Formally trained as a multi-percussionist, Peter has been performing and teaching for the past 20 years. In addition to being a staff percussionist for Motown Records and most recently touring as a percussionist for critically acclaimed flamenco group Noche Flamenca, Peter finds his most valuable work in the arts in education sphere producing, directing and as a teaching artist for Mexico Beyond Mariachi. Along with the artistic director of the ensemble, he has co-taught dozens of residencies about the culture, traditions, music and dance of Mexico for New York City students in K-12.

He has been on the Artsconnection roster for the past 20 years.
