Donna Maria de Creeft, a native of New York City, received her B.F.A. from Empire State College. Prior to that she attended Pratt Institute, The Art Students League and the New York Studio School. Her work has been shown nationally and internationally and is represented in the permanent collections of the University of Southern Maine and Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital, numerous private collections, and the library collections of the Brooklyn Museum, Bryn Mawr College and Rutgers University.
Donna has been on the ArtsConnection roster since 1998. In her practice as a teaching artist, she has worked with students of all ages teaching Collage, Drawing, Mural Art, Watercolor, Bookmaking, Mosaic, Papier-Mache, Mask making, Storytelling and Puppetry. She has participated in and conducted Professional Development workshops and led Family Workshops in all media.
